I was woefully behind in reading your posts and was so happy that I made the time to do it today. Your video literally brought tears to my eyes! This journey that you are all on is so wonderful. I feel lucky to be able to share in it, even in a small way.
I had visions of having my girls become pen pals with your kids, both to give your kids another connection back home and to give them all more writing opportunities. But my home schooling skills seriously lack compared to yours -- Steph's comments were brief at best and I haven't even gotten Kate to the computer yet. :-) I'll just add home schooling to my list of things I am in awe of you for! I haven't given up though; please send me an e-mail address that we can use in addition to this comments section.

Pam, don't be in awe…I fail regularly. One day I ended up locking myself in the bathroom for 3 hours because I couldn't take it. We had planned to go through June of homeschool, but I think we all needed a break and to start back fresh in Aug. Haha, so really…it's a work in progress for me (and them). Thank you SOOO much for reading and commenting. It means a lot to all of us to have people participate with us. It helps us to feel connected. I will send an email address to you too. - Heidi
